Trijam 154 Submission: Theme - there is a twist!

I couldn't think of a good twist, but a twister/tornado came to mind, and I wanted to make an endless runner.  The jump needs more tweaking and so does the spawner, but I'm glad I was able to throw together something that was somewhat functional in the time frame.
